Maruti Chassis Number Please confirm

Can anyone confirm where the Chassis number is on a Maruti Ute?
Rear Drivers side on the side of the rail?
Or Same as The other LWB On Drivers side front rail?

drivers side behind the rear rear spring hanger. the part of the chassis that you want to trim off

I thought I was Dreaming when I saw it facing backwards and not on the side of the rail.
Or am I dreaming??

yeh your dreaming. its on the side of the rail on the drivers side at the back of the vehicle behind the rear hanger. the number is the right way around its not upside down or back to front. starts with mj. if it is not there its been rebirthed making it worthless so drop it round to my house and i'll take it out to the tip for you
