nah, the front is already 4.8 . The guy i bought the hilux off sed he broke the rear centre and quikly fixed it with a 4.5. so it hasnt been 4rby for a little while. so the front is 4.8 and now i'm putting a 4.8 in the rear so i wont snap my tranny. does that sound good??

I've seen it too. Mate bought a Navara that was a bit funny in 4wd, went ok though. Took a trip to Fraser to show what was wrong. CV boots caught alight from the heat, melted and burning. Rooster tails of sand off the front wheels were impressive.
