dam rear hubs keep shearing off!!!

Got 37 mtr's on a mates frp cruiser.
I keeps shearing off the pins on the rear hub.
Anyway to fix this?

It could be due bad adjust torque seting ( cone washers ) at the hub .. I have many mates that run 37" plus tires without problems in 80 series rear FF ..

By pins do you mean the axle studs, locating dowels or a combination of both?
1st step would be an upgrade to 10mm 100 series studs/dowels and if your keen the addition of 2 more locating dowels (to take it up too 4 in total).
Id suggest you search as it has been brought up atleast once in the last 6 months, and there is several good write ups with pictures and instructions on causes of the problem and resolutions.

Common with auto lockers shock loading the studs/dowls.......if you have a bent diff, you can check by putting the axle in and trying feelier gauges all around the flange to see if it is square.

Loose wheelbearings do it, and also the dowels. Make sure that your dowels are in good condition because thats what transmits the drive not the studs them self.
