Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hi Guys,

I've done the research and I know what's required to make a body lift for the Jimny but I was wondering how many owners would be interested in one. I see alot more on the roads now and more and more being modified but is the interest there to justify me making them.

What's the thoughts?

Yep, definately need one out there. Needs to be a complete kit though as there are a few scary ones out there that haven't been properly done... there's a bit to doing them safely.
Would yours include steering block, brake lines and instructions on the fuse box reversing etc?

Greg after buyin one of your sierra bodylift kits I feel using the bolts you have will work well, I built a bodylift for my jim in a similar way which has been fitted for about 5 years now. I would suggest 2 inch would be the max thou. I'm not sure what Squik's experenced on her old bus with the reversing the fuse box thing but she did have a 3 inch I believe. the studs behind the front seats to seem to loosen from the body over the years, ther haven't pulled throu the floor but the way they are fasten to the floor fails so when you try to remove the nut from the stud, the stud will spin in the body. its also recessed in a cavity which makes it hard to repair this problem. all in all i'm sure there will be popular as jimns are coming on 10 years in the market in Oz near 12 Overseas you seem them in comps in there too some type of steering sharft extention is nessasary on 2inch left hand front brake line from body to chassis and attention to the aircon line where it rubs on radiator overflow bracket too air con lines tend to pull on the evaporater in the cabin when lifting too.
