Yes I suppose this poses the question....
No problems
physically fitting the tyre or no problems
legally
Physically you should come very close to runnin 31x10.5s using F100 rims. you will probably have to
1. hammer seams flat on rear of wheel well
2 cut off front bumper supports at front (will be a problem if your running the standard bumper...

errrr 36x12.5s swampers
well thats the biggest I have seen on a Zuk .. so it must be legal ... Therefore my 35 claws are legal
Actually I belive a 215\70 is about as big as your legally allowed to go ..

You can get away with it (though i would stick to a 15x7 for a 31x10.5) .. but no to the letter of the law its not legal without an engineers certificate

i think it is 15mm (or perhaps 25mm) larger than stock in diameter, and 25mm wider than stock... or something like that (i.e. about 27" tall)...

Legal in QLD - no way.
I'm running 15x8"s with my 31"s on the Vitara as per the shot.
If you only intend to get 31"s or 32"s, then only buy a 7" rim - the extra weight on an 8" rims is a disadvantage on the little zuk.
I bought mine hoping to go something like 33"s but I regret buying 8" rims now since it's not that likely I'll ever end up running a 12.5" wide tyre, although I dont regret the extra 25mm offset
.
If you wanna buy some 7" wide rims in the same offset I'll happily swap
You can always run 33x9.5 or 34x9.5 anyway on the 7" rim - it's not a big limitation really.

or a 33 x 10.50 BFG MT on a 7" rim the perfect Suzuki size
Maximum tyre size

In NSW at least, I understand the RTA allows a maximum of 1" greater rim width than is issued as standard, so that makes it 7". So, whatever tyre you can fit on a 7" rim is it...
Also, as far as engineering goes, over and above that, the tyre must also be covered by the guard, which is why so many of us have to put rubber flares on our steel guards. Apparently that's for the benefit of pedestrians....pfffffft!!

Most states specify (including NSW from memory) that the overall diameter of the wheel/ tyre combo must not increase by more than 15mm in diameter over the largest size listed on the vehicle's placard; plus the track width cannot increase by more than 25 (or 26?)mm.
I think it's 25mm that is the max increase in rim width too.
