well ive searched and found a few threads on replacing the minuki carb with either a webber, or a carb off a cortina or xf falcon.
im pretty keen to do this but i have a few questions
-will i have to change the jet sizes, how much $(roughly)
-will i get roughly the same fuel ecomoy (i can live with my current rate )
-which one do you guys reckon will need the least if any mods to still be good off road
-what will happen with the millions of vacum lines ive got
thanks

I did a head on one with a falcon/cortina webber on it and it went quite well. We put a mild cam in it as well and it had a set of extractors. I'm not sure about jetting, but i would put it on and if it's too rich get a smaller jet. You will need a conversion plate as well.
Most of the vacuum lines will go and all you will really need to run is the basics for the webber carb. Hope this helps.

hey mate what is it for ? i run a 32/36mm webar on my 2.6 l200 comp 4x4 with exstractors it gos dam good. and ive just built up a 2wd l200 i putt a 2.6 in it and bigger gear boxs and pacemakers with twin 45mm webbars havent really had time to drive it much its not tuned in properly yet so cant say much bout that one. but with the other one i got a 32/36mm webbar from the wreckers for 22 bucks addapter plate think was bout 50 bucks took bout half hour to put in. you will only have one vac hose from vacum adavanced on the dizzy to carb and one off the rocker cover for memorie well worth it i havent need to rejet it doesnt stall on hills very good up grade hope this helps
