Nope.

The principle and mounting points are much the same as a sierra except the bends.

Im pretty keen on a set too after some major rocker panel damage and a solid whack to my front diff in my last two outings.

I will be doing some soon... but may get them done by someone else as Im moving house in a few weeks, so can't start major surgery in the garage.

Try

Me interested too! I made a (much-needed) bash plate for the Terios out of reenforced aluminium which I just screwed onto the licence-plate fixing points, and drilled holes in the factory bash-plate to attach it there as well. I was never meant to be very heavy-duty but it worked alright... for the Grand Vitara I had a look at where I could potentially fix any plates but haven't had time to look at it seriously yet though...

for rocker protection I have just tech screwed 2-3mm checkerplate on, then folded it under the car so it rests on the seam lip. it has taken some very serious whacks over the last 6 years and only has a couple of dens to show.

I would be looking at making it from aluminium sheet so the plate will absorb the impact rather than making them from bulletproof steel that will more than likely rip and destroy what it is attached too.

if grimbo got his arse into gear and set up cheezy's website you would be able to check that out but when it does get finished it will be a damn good website cos it's narly taken 12 months.

now I have that off my chest cheezy uses 50mm tube and has a write up in the latest 4x4 monthly in the hardcore stuff section

Yeah saw some similar ones.

It's basically the same design with a looped bit of round tube to make a step.

The step could be handy for sometwhere to snatch it back onto all 4 wheels after a roll :D
