Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hi all

Got my 4.2TD in for a beaudesert 3" exhaust and dyno tune on thursday. i have read many threads on how much boost but wanted some more opinions.

The engine has 230,000 on the clock but still goes like brand new. Was thinking 10psi as didn't want to load up engine to much or have to worry about temp(no intercooler)

Am I on the right track? Any thoughts?

10psi would be ok...

You would really do best to get hold of a pyro guage, even if you buy one, fit, then sell it and put a plug in the fitting so you can set up your boost and fueling corectly to manage your exhaust gas temp.

Do a search for threads by dzltec, or even get in touch with him for better info.
