what flanges have people used on their transfercase (sierra) to combat lux to sierra ?

my flanges are n/t so drilling them wont work as thier isn't enough meat on them .
i have ordered parts from the states (rock rat adapter) but since they are for widetrack flanges that became a problem ,

so can i adapt something else or do i need to get a REAR W/T drive flange , and if so does anyone have one for sale ? front is not an issuse just the rear .

as this is a technical post i hope the moderaters see fit not to delete it , or put it in the wanted section

my vote - just get a WT flange. No amount of other stuffing around would be worthwhile.

i agree but the effort to get one here in the ACT is pretty ridiculas as well , not one 4x4 wreckers has one (or the whole case ) and the wrecker i ran up the coast has a case but not willing to sell the flange seperatly .

so im thinking if its worth getting an adapter machined that i can weld onto the n/t one? than drill it as a wide track one ? has anyone gone down this path ? a hassle it will be but i need to do some thing soon as willowglen is only a couple of weeks away

The Hilux driveshafts will bolt up to a WT flange [ that is the hole pattern is the same, but the spline sticking out of the sierra transfercase, hits in inside of the Hilux driveshaft ]. So I`m having a small 20mm driveshaft spacer made to fill the gap.

yeah i found that out when i redrilled my brake drum , to make a make shift flange , but not all hilux shafts will bolt up to the w/t holes as there is 3 different patterns i believe hence why i bought the rock rat adapters and triple drilled hilux diff flanges , now the 80 / 75 series shafts i got for the rear can be used where as they wouldn't bolt up to the lux diffs before

yes w/t flanges would make things a bolt up affair with the bits ive got , but the w/t flange for the rear i do not got
