I've got one and I reckon it would be a deadset PITA to readjust the bar, but it could be done. You've got two side mounts that bolt to the chassis rails and you've got a centre mount which bolts to the place where the Toyota tow hook would be. This mount, which is a piece of RHS, actually protrudes thru the bar and is the mounting point for your tow hitch. Readjusting everything would be a PITA, as I said, and I reckon it would be no where near as strong, which is why you have the heavy farken thing in the first place.

The simplest and strongest way to do it would be to leave the bar where it was and weld a length of 2 inch angle along the top of it and then weld some ends on so it looked like an original bar that was just two inches wider. You'd obviously have to move the spare wheel mounts if fitted.
