Answer down a few posts:

Does any body know wether ARB's D60 RD35/36 35 spline side gears will interchange with a H260 RD70 37 spline side gears.

I am hoping seeing as they are similar sized diffs ARB would have get the side gears as close to a common part as possible?

Much like the H233 RD78A and L/C RD33 side gears.

Or who should I call to ask such a technical question.

Call head office at Nundah and ask for one of the sales guys called Greg. He's always been able to get me an answer on tech questions and is a great person to deal with.

Have had a great discussion with an engineer at ARB

Now the RD35/36 Dana 60 side gears wont direct interchange in to a RD70/71 H260 air locker

However RD37 Ford Sterling 35 spline side gears will, these are 1.5" 35 Spline but are a different pressure angle to Spicer shafts.

It may be possible to use the RD35/36 side gears with some modifications. But it is not guaranteed. I will personally need to look into this, but we are both confident it can be done.

Hoy have a H260 35 splines rear diff .?

And the RD70/71 does not have the 35 splines side gears .. ?
