Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Gday all, Just wondering if anyone knows of somewhere in sydney where i can get the offset of some 17x8sunnies changed. Move the dish 40mm or so, will be using them on road a bit too so they will need to be balanced up. They were hard enough to get as it was!
