Max suspension lift for a GV

I know this has been done to death but I'm just clearing up a few things in my head.
What's the max suspsension lift for a GV without going to Calmini? I have an OME lift (35mm) atm and am looking at putting in coil spacers. I was thinking about getting an additional 20mm lift, which translates to 10mm spacers for the front and 20mm for the rear.
Is it possible to go higher then a 55mm lift concidering the potential for CV damage?
Does coil spacers make the suspension worse (perform worse?) or is it not just as good as longer coils?
Will I need camber adjustments bolts as well? I think Pedders does these and people have seen good results? Does someone know how much these cost?
The reason for this lift is so I can better departure angles since I'm always banging my H/R towbar and my OE fuel tank protection plate.
