Body lifts and bumperbars

i just got my body lift blocks for my mk triton, sussing it all out before i start i noticed that the bumper is fixed to the chassis, and as such wont lift with the body.. what have you guys done to solve this problem?

I paid somebody who can weld to modify my bull-bar mounts, and I bought some modified brackets for the rear bumper when I bought my blocks.
