first up..yes i searched, and could only find info on 1ltr to 1.3 body swap info.

i have a 92 hard top body sitting in my backyard that i cant seem to sell, so i thought i might try to pick up a cheap zuk with a trashed body and make a good one out of two.

now i am guessing that putting a 1.3 HT body onto a 1.3 ST chassis, should be pretty straight forward..

1. unbolt old body
2. disconnect all wires, hoses, cable etc
3. take body off - discard of
4. lift new body on and boltd down, reconnect everything
5. drive

would it be possible to do this in a weekend?

please any and all info is appreciated

Not with you doing it.....    :finger: :finger: :finger:

It would take you a month of sundays.....

Can i ask why you would want to go back to a full bodied shell??????

Its just more panels for you to trash....

OH HANG

you actually have to go wheelin if you want to trash panels....MACCAS carpark doesn't count....    :finger: :finger: :finger: :finger: :finger: :finger: :finger:

haha

are they both a WT or NT?

if so then yes it should be possible with the right lifting bits and such.

hardest bit would be either fuel nozzle bit or firewall/front clip but may be possible to unbolt body and leave clip there supported.

Mate its pretty much a straight swap, from memory i didnt have to change anything. I put a NT hardtop body onto my WT softtop chassis with no probs.
I reckon with a few mates to help lift it can quite easy get done one weekend.
