It's a random event? You can't work out what triggers it to blow?

I had an ongoing saga with random blowing of the brake lights/horn fuse in a car. Eventually, somebody else found it was the SECOND horn (hidden UNDER the battery tray :bad-words: ) had physically broken - the positive terminal (unswitched "live" feed) fell off the body of the horn and was dangling from the supply wire. It would intermittently short to the chassis, through all the accumulated crud/rust/gunk/paint. Easy fix!

If you can find out what else is on the same fuse, check each and every circuit for something not right.

:P possible regulator fault on alternator or a internal relay diode on ignition sense
