Outer Limits 4x4 Board

i have just bought a cheep lux.. in poor cond to part out..
(i want the diffs and tailshafts for my zook)
it has a apparent 2.6l craceda motor or 5m apparently..
its defendantly a big toyota 6 cilinder..
its bolted up to a 4spd hilux box...
seems to run ok.. has a slight tap up to, only valve clearance or something...
and it go's hard for a lux...
question is, whats it worth?
and what do you guys actually think it is?
i will be selling it with box and transfer...

Cressida engine, would be a 2.8, not 2.6. Common hilux conversion. Not a bad donk if you know the head gasket history as they are very prone to gasket failure. No idea what it would be worth though. Ring a wrecker for a price and go from there.

do they just bolt up to lux box or is there adapter's involved?

the bell will be a supra one, it has thesame gearbox bolt pattern as the lux
does the motor have twin cams or a single tappet cover....it could be a 4m (2.6) or a 5m (2.8) or a 5mge (2.8 twincam) or a 7mge(3.0 twincam) the 5m has a single tappet cover and was the last of the super fuel motors, so they have some go....not worth much thou...unless you want your lux to go well cheap

it does go well tho!
might post it up for sale $500 with gearbox and transfer!!!
