Only if you don't wash your drivetrain, like in the ebay pics

Looks like it's machined to me, not pipe.
Be aware though that is will raise the roll centre on the rear suspension, not necessarily a good thing for a Vit ( or X 90
)
It also isn't offset to roll the rear diff, also a desirable modifcation.
