Ironman suspension....

Looking at putting a 3in kit on the 80, as I can get a discount price on them!
Who has them, what are they like, are you happy with them, or should I buy something else.
The vehicle currently has a sagged suspention lift.
I im hoping to have 265s or 285s as my runabouts, plus 315s as my play size tyres on a new Ironman 3in lift.
The vehicle currently has a steel winch bar, possible winch added later, and a spare wheel carrier over the rear bumper added later as well.
What level of suspention is recommended for this.
I was thinking medium for the front and heavy for the rear .
The back will be almost empty for most of the times etc for trips 2-3 times a month for a trip away.
Cheers,
Phil
