Lift Kits

hi ive just bought a hilux recently and want to raise it to go off roading and want it to look massive so where can i find cheap lift kits for like 6inches of lift for cheap

Whats your budget for the lift job ?
You planning on running bigger rubber?
Whats been done to the truck already, what model is it etc etc

its a 1990 lux 4x4 standard.i just got skinny cheese cutter wheels and might just keep them and raise the hell out of the ute...pretty much stock standard..i wanna be able to drive on properties aswell go shooting chuck roos and stuff on the tray just a weapon vechile

Also FatBOY, if you realy are gonna be chuckin roos and shit on the back you dont wanna have to lift em 2meters just to chuck em in the back......
In all seriousness just lift it 2" and get abit bigger tyres........
It would cost less and give you much less greif than just lifting it 6" lift kit.
OR SELL IT
to your parents.... its will be alot cheaper for them than buying a poxy BMW 4X4.......

if it is bog standard now, imo dont do body lift. get some bigger tyres, see if it rubs, then suspension lift if needed. body lifts are cheaper, but change also sorts of things like needed to modify gear levers, brake lines, extending steering. you also can buy bar work off the shelf, dont need to modify everything to fit.
anyway, just try it out in bush. see what you want to change first after driving for a little while
