What is this screw ?

This something you'd be able to get a bit for or would it be some proprietary thing ?

You can get bits for them; I got a set of gazillions of bits from Jaycar that includes this type.
I've seen them elsewhere too.

You can get a set of 'security' bits to undo that type of thing from Bunnings. It comes in a kit made by Kincrome (KC part number 13648).
It's called a tri-wing bit and that kit includes 4 different sizes (along with 28 other bits). The kit is a fraction under $30.

Dick Smiths have a 100 odd piece security bit kit for about $30, which has many different types of security bits in it.
Although i have one that would fit those screws, i'd still be inclined to jam a flat blade screw driver or an allen key in it for first attempt

yeah as others have already said, jaycar or dick smiths sell them, i have a bit in my set that fits those.

if u just want to undo it or borrow the bits i may have one to fit that.

or purchase one and hang onto the recepit in case 'it doesn't fit
