rust repairs

is there a easy way to remove the front clip as i need to do some rust repairs for rego battery box rusted out all ideas will be helpfull as i a'm getting realy peed of at it :bad-words: and rego due on friday any good ideas :?: even advice of grimbo will be a help :D. thanks boner

take doors off, take front body bolts out
other small bolts in the wheel wells and around the side area. lift off after all cables are disconnected.

cant u grind whats there out and pot rivit or weld a new one over top?

no as the battery acid leaked everywhere when the battery exploded :bad-words: and thats where the rust is :bad-words: note to self buy good battery clamps so batt won't break again

not that hard to do there is from memory its approx 18 bolts and the whole front comes off
