Im after some advice, Ive got a 91 GQ TB42 and ive lifted it 3inches with Dobinson springs and shocks, its got a heavy duty Dobinson steering dampner and 33inch MTRs on it.... when driving the steering feels shocking, like all over the joint and no feeling and gets up the death shakes? and when i hit a bump (even a little one) the thing rides like a pig!!!

Any ideas what it could be?? ive had a bit of a look underneath and it all looks ok but its starting to piss me off!!

Check Panhard bushes, radius arm bushes and swivel hub bearings (maybe remove a shim from these.) Also get a wheel alignment.

This should sort it.

Sounds like you need some castor correction for starters. Get a wheel alignment and balance to start with and make sure your front tyres aren't too unevenly worn. The wheel alignment will tell you what castor angle you are at.
