Little more info there champ? Sierra? Vit? Originally leaf sprung? Coily? How much lift you looking for? You running a link setup? What tyres you want to run? What type of wheeling you want to do? Want it engineered? DD or Trailer queen? Have you been drinking?
You get the idea
PS: try typing your requests in english, it makes life easier for those who want to help you.
PPS: I am not one of those people.

well its bout 10 inchers plus a 2 inch body lift. thinkin of takin that out. its really wide so its pritty stable. wheel base has been extended 4 inchers but thinkin of extendin it more wen i do the coils. smashing them coz of the axle wrap under accelacation in the rocks. could put a wrap bar in but the leafs dont flex enough anyway so i just gunna bite the
bullet and do coils

so soa on 4inch lifted leves?????????
riiight....
flattern the leves, take some lift out, add a track bar and save your self a metric fuck load of work

I would start by dropping a heap of height out of your current setup and chopping the guards.
As for coils, Im planning on running tj wrangler fronts in mine and VL commodore wagon springs in the rear. I am also considering getting some coils from Overkill as Ive seen them on a few rigs and they seem to work really well, Rocbox just put them under his zook and is stoked with them, ZOOK60 also had them under his LWB with great results too.
Im going to be running 4-link rear and front 3-link+panhard. Looking under mine, Im planning on cutting into the rear floor and raising it and the fueltank to clear my upper links. Lots of people have run 3-link rear too either with a panhard or A-frame (which is basically a 4-link). Its really up to you. But yeah, Id definitely lose some height first dude as it sound like you're waiting for a rollover to happen. Post some pics up!

the hight isnt a problem. its over 1800mm wide. almost as wige as a gq patrol. the best i have done is put it on its side but were i did it a standard hilux would of gone over to. thinkin of A frame rear and 3 link panhard rear. wat kind of wheel base in a shorty would you guys recomend?

Just a note if you're looking for these 2nd hand. Make sure they 're the later coils, the early ones bind up due to being very tightly wound.

ahhh your build would have had that much lift

14" coils with 175 or 200lb spring rate
3 link panhard front
3 link panhard rear or dual triangulated 4 link
Red_Zook's build is a fine example of what NOT to do with your suspension
also is this thing driven on the road?
if so i would do alot of reading before u should even attempt to do these kind of mods
they way the links are designed is very important and will determine how it reacts/drives on the road
hope it helps

Bigzook1, I think you're putting the cart before the horse here. What springs you use (or what you use for springs - bags, coilovers, coils, leaves airshocks, whatever) are not important.
Getting the geometry of your design right is the battle. Once you have done that, you can spring it with whatever you like.
You will have big problems getting a link suspension to work properly at that much lift though - it will likely need a subframe to sit under the chassis to bring the link angles down a bit, or else you will suffer from poor behaviour.
You are about to undertake a massive engineering project. I have seen lots of link suspensions, some built by reputable workshops, that perform very badly.
Troll through pirate, work with a 4link calculator, take the measurements, work out your COG, measure again, and work the compromise out. You will get very familiar with antisquat, roll centres etc before you get anywhere near welding anything.
Some guys even fully mock up the 4 link in model form or under the car in water pipe to get the geometry dialled in before they build anything properly.
If you are driving your car on the road, you owe it to other road users to build a car that handles properly.
10" of spring lift to run 35's though? Haven't you heard of cutting the guards? I reckon with cut guards and a dead flat SPOA, bumpstop spacing and no BL(so the car sits about 6" lower) you would get 90% of the performance of a link suspension without all the headaches. Just my 2c.
I;m not having a go, but some of the questions you are asking and your comments about your current set up indicate to me that you might find it better to optimise what you have now before cutting everything off of what you have and getting in way too deep.
I've built heaps of stuff and I am both happy with the performance of well set up leaves and aware of the possible pitfalls of link suspension that I have never been keen to try and scratch build one.
Steve.

i half no wat i want to do anyway. i was only askin 4 opinions as to wat other ppl have done and wat they think, i have built a lot of stuff to. have done coils in hiluxs and a lot of spring overes in suzukis and mqs. i have had my leafs 4 a long time noy and they not doin wat i want them to do. have had spua and spoa very flat and very curved and its not suitin me. the coils are goin in and i no its a lot of work. done it b4 but i have all the time in the world

ive told u what was wrong with it
and u also told me it was gunna see road time
and on the putty road too.
one of the worst roads in nsw with fatal accidents there quite often
