Just wondering what is involved in this set up. I know that need to change injectors manifold etc but was wondering if its worth doing for the gain you are getting. Can i use or modify a 4.2 turbo diesel manifold, I want to keep it straight fuel no gas and already have uni chip extractors etc but always looking for a bit more. I have a m90 eaton supercharger and need to know what size belts to use and the rough cost to set it up
thanks in advance

just a quick question... if your going to supercharge it with a m90, why would you want a turbo diesel manifold?

even so...max respect for wanting to keep it on petrol, there's too many BBQ's driving around now-a-days.

GU injectors don't have a lot to spare and they are dear to replace, you can modify the manifold and replace the rail and fit a cheaper large Bosch style injector. You can use a rising rate reg but if you push the fuel pressure over 70psi you can have issues, and the likelyhood is you will max out the MAF and have either a fault or no control of the fuel beyond a certain point, you can use the unichip to drive an additional injector and mount it in the air stream to activate as needed as decided by the unichip. There are various ways of skinning a cat, some cheaper and some better, depends on what sort of result you want.
They make a lot of inlet air heat the PD blowers so Consider an aftercooler.
Oh, and extractors.
