Is it legal to get 300L of useable gas installed into a GQ
running straight gas.

I also don`t give a toss about storage space in the rear.

There isnt any limit on the quantity you can carry provided the weight doesnt exceed the vehicles carring capacity.....

Most I've ever seen is five 105lit tanks on a holden 1tonner's tray + two more under the tray between the chassis rails right behind the cab and another one at the rear of the chassis, this ute competed in an illegal 'Cannonball run " from brissy to perth a few years back.... 800 lits of fuel means far less time being stopped to re-fuel ...... he won it !

Next best was on a C5 chevy.... 2 on the tray, 2 on the sides of the chassis ( truck style ), and 2 at the rear of the chassis

next is an XF ute that had 3 in the tub.
