Front bar rules/regs NSW

Are there any rules governing what can be put on the front of a vehicle in NSW? I'm using this small piece of U-channel across the front of the chassis rails atm.

Yes thanks. I tried a search, but it didn't help. Looks like I've got some edges to grind.

I think the best thing you can do for any of these tye of things is make them as safe as possible. So round off any corners, don't have any protrusions, make sure it looks finished and well built (no bootyfab)

Or find some plastic endcaps of some kind... might be something in a car wreckers somewhere if you can wander around.

I used to have a tow bar at the front and fishing rod holders they had to be removed for blue slip
