Outer Limits 4x4 Board

I am looking for a rubber mount for my swinger wheel carrier. It is designed to go around a steel tube. It is the same set up as on the back door on a gq patrol.

It is a half moon shaped rubber that sits over the top of the steel tube.

If any one can help Appricated

The one in the tail gate would not be strong enough but thanks for the Idea
