It's too f'ing long to do that- and probably wouldn't make much sense after doing a cut and paste!

Just join if you're interested!

Here's a snippet :

You want ideas then check this out. all the mods apply to what you are doing.
On the cheap what you need to do is strip down the engine you buy. If it hasn't done much mileage then give it a good hone and fit new rings and bearings standard factory issue. Get the rods linished, shot peened and balanced. then get all the engine internals balanced including your flywheel and clutch.
If it has aircon bin it. You have heaps of room in there to fit a nice steampipe manifold, out of 1 and 5/8 inch bends. Fit a t-3 turbo from early fj20 nissan engine onwards i.e 300zx single turbo, 2.5gts-t etc. You may think that the t-3 is too big but it isnt. It is perfectly suited to the feroza's gearing.
Fit a set of 4agze injectors, inline vl turbo fuel pump, micritec mt/lt-8 and a three inch exhaust and dump pipe.
This will be good for 15psi and 145kw at the wheels.
You will be able to run up to but not advised 18psi with the combination however beware you will be putting your gearbox at risk. At that sort of boost you will need a custom gearbox. By the way intercooler is needed. on the cheap you fit a s4 rx-7 unit which will do the job just fine.

There's a guy in NSW somewhere getting around with a Feroza set up exactly like this- that's where the power figure is plucked from!

I found a rebuilt gearbox on there for sale too, and was interested until I realised it has been behind that engine set up!
