Go to the Warn site and download the appropriate manual if you don't have one. If you have any tech queries ask their technical guys - I have found them really helpful.

You'll need at least the two gaskets for the motor support, lithium based moly grease, and maybe new tie rods if the bolts are siezed in them.
When you pull the motor off make sure the armature comes out with it or all 4 brushes will pop in.
Take careful note of disassembly so it goes back together the right way.

You can do without the gaskets, just use a silcone gasket maker etc. as theres no pressure or anything to cope with.
Only use a very light coat of grease on the gears/clutch or it wont freespool - dont pack it full.

And DONT remove the brake assembly if you dont need to. If you do slide it out part way from the drum and wrap a cable tie around it. It's a spring loaded cam and is correctly tensioned from the factory!
The rest of it is straight forward enough, just make a note of which way each part goes as you disassemble it.
