Torsion Bars - need help / Hello everyone

I've had my Paj (Stock NH GLS LWB) now for 2 weeks, and i must say it's a fair bit nicer (In every aspect) than my old FJ45 Ute, rear diff lock is sweet. I have been reading on this board about winding up the torsion bars to gain some more ride height, all i want to do is lift up the front a bit so it sits level.
Currently the back sits higher than the front, which i guess is to allow for 5 passengers in th back. But i have not yet been able to find some specifics on how to do it. If someone could point me to a web site or reply with some instructions, it would be much appreciated.
I've already pulled my friends Hilux out of the mud once from around the back of an industrial estate in Hallam, but he still has the better approach angle, which is why i am posting this message.
I will have to take the Paj up to Gembrook soon, to see how it really goes compared to my old 4x4 and also compared to my friends Hilux.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me.
Pajeros.. four wheel driving in comfort.
Miz.
P.S. - I seem to get around 16 litres per 100Km city driving and about 12.5 in the country. Does this sound about right from the 3 litre engine?
