i have a GU ute with 2 seats and this is my first rego payment since i have owned it. it states on the form it has 3 seats. a couple of questions >

would the overall price for rego be more because it states 3 seats?
would i be able to carry 3 people even though i only have 2 seats/belts?

i'm asking here because i physically need to go to the transport department if i wanna change it, and its a hassle with work.

cheers

I don't think the registration has anything to do with the amount of seats...

It is probably on the data base as being a two seater as maybe that model came with one normal seat and a double bum seat...just guessing.

i dont think seating capacity alters rego costs untill you get up to 9 people when they class it as a minny bus
