cooling 5.0ltr injected 4runner

Hi all,
I'm a newbie to this site, so I hope i am in the right area, (I'm sure I will be told if I'm not ).
I have just repowered my '86 beam axle surf (4runner) with a 5.0ltr injected holden. I have used a 4 core 3b diesel radiator that has been cut down 80mm in height to fit. Just wondered if any one here has done this conversion, and what type of issues, if any, they had with cooling.
Cheers in advance
For those that are interested, the truck has longfield axles cv's, double lockered, dual transfer cases, a-frame 3 link coil rear and 4 link coil front, 4 wheel disc braking, 39.5" swampers, and about 200 000 hours of work invested (feels like it any way).
