Do a search on drop shackles. They are not particularly popular for a variety of reasons.

As I believe maryborough is in Queensland, you are fairly limited in what suspension setups you can legally run. I think 2inch OME leafs and a 2inch boody lift and maybe some extended shackles should see you sitting pretty, and you can cut your guards if you need more clearance.

As for being a 'gurl' and not doing your own work, stop being so fawking soft and get into it! Swapping springs and shackles is as simple as undoing then re-tightening a few bolts, A body lift only marginally more difficult.

There have been plenty of write-ups and pictures here and on other sites that will answer pretty much any questions you'll have and nothing beats working on your own ride. If you are that worried, find a local 4wd club and ask a couple of members to come round and give you a hand in exchange for beers & bbq or something.

Trust me, you'll learn more about your truck, have more fun and save a buttload of cash. Ive recently started servicing my gf's sisters car. She used to pay $200 for a full service, now she pays $60. Its definitely worth knowing about the basics and its very easy to learn. Get out and get dirty!

searching is definitely a great start,

Im running, Standard length rears mixed with 2" lifted rears on the front with 2" extended shackles.
MQ patrol fronts on the rear. with extended shackles.
2" body lift.
i can fit 32.5" wheels and its flexes some thing wicked.

Suspension modding is pretty simple. Bolts bolts and more bolts.

Read up on the info you can find and ask specific questions.
I personally would avoid drop shackles costly and not that effective.

Why do you need heaps of flex? what terrain are you driving and where? perhaps theres a better solution than "i need crazy-ass flex"...?

Well considering you only need to fit 31 inch tyres you don't have to go very wild as far as suspension goes. Just by a reputable 2 inch lift kit and remove the bottom leaf if you want flex but leave it in if you want to carry a load and drive on road more often. and if you still have tyre rub do a body lift 1 or 2 inches depending on requirements.

As said before, do a search.
