Outer Limits 4x4 Board

well i want to check the timing on my sisters NH pajero, its got the 4 cylinder petrol in it, the 4G54 engine or something like that. I was wodering where the timing mark is on it. Is it marked on the crank pulley or at the back of the engine on the flywheel

Should be a notch on the pulley and a scale on the timing case - around about 1 o'clock, viewing from the front of the engine.

cheers for that i found the markings under a bit of oil dirt and clay.
