Outer Limits 4x4 Board

This isnt technically a 4x4 question but someone will know I hope. My son has whacked a flash new steering wheel on his subaru impreza. He used a boss kit but now the indicators dont reset once you turn a corner. What as he left off. He still has the orginal wheel and I notice the little lead that works the horn is still attached to that so thats going to be why he has no friggin horn either. Kids...

On the boss there should be a little knob that sticks out on the back. This needs to be either at the top or the bottom depending on the car. It's the bit the cancels the indicators. Chances are he's just wacked it on and not seen it. And yes you'll probably need the little wire for the horn.
