LH & RH thread on adjustable control arms

Is there a reason some adjustable control arms come with LH & RH thread

One each end? I assume it's so they can be adjusted in situ by twisting the arm

correct, and you can get finer adjustment, with only single end adjustable you can;t only adjust by 1/2 of the pitch of the thread. Which in most cases is not a big deal.

No only one per arm diferent on each side of car just cant figger out why seeing as they have locknuts .

So one arm has reverse threads on both ends and the other has normal threads on both ends?

...that is pretty weird...

Not quite one end of arm has threaded insert other end has male thread i.e. adjustable in 1/2 turn increments .

left and right of vehicle have reverse thread

They may have bought a set cheap, one of each thread, and split them up to use one on each side.
