24v winch, are the solenoids 12v in parallel?

i think they are, just by looking at how they are wired on my solenoid pack it would appear that they are wired in parallel. and the return path travels through the power terminals as opposed to the coil terminals (the coil terminals on two of the solenoids are open circuit to everything and >1megohm to the other side of the coil? im scratching my head here. has anybody got a warn 24v winch solenoid pack
i measured the solenoid resistance at ~4 ohms.
