Height of a 33in X-Terrain

Just wanting to know what is the actual height of a 33in X-Terrain.
Currently running 32in bfg muddies on my hilux, with just a 2-3 OME spring lift.

Thinking of putting on some 33in xterrains and wanting to know if they will fit straight on. The bfg's only slightly rub when they are crossed up and touches on the back of the guard.

Can anyone recommend a good rubber flare to keep the tyres in the guard.

Thanks!

Flares.

Bushranger Rubber Flares. They have a wire that runs through them to keep it straight.

in either 35mm or 65mm width.

I think Locky made the offer a short time ago, if anybody from the board wanted to test fit (for scrub) any tyres they were welcome to do so. Pro Comp Tyres isn't it?

Just keeping my options open.

Depends on Axle width, rim bacspacing, rim width, body type, vehicle itself.

So it doesn't help him.

The 32in bfgs are 11.5 wide and hang out only just, like half an inch on 8in rims.
So with the 12.5's on and flares. It should fit them in easily.

Luxy.........I have 33" Pro Comp M/T's on 8" rims on my Lux! Also have the 65mm Bushranger Rubber Flare. Tyres stick outside the guard with no flare. With the flare they are sweet!

Scrubbing wise, I have 2" suspension lift and 2" bodylift and they just scrape the rear of the front guard on almost full lock and compression. I have not moved my front diff forward yet either.

Can send you pics if ya want?

Cheers

Craig

Is there any merrit in going to a 16" rim instead of a 15". I've noticed some tyre brands have a narrower tyre width with the same OD on the larger rim.

Just a thought :?
