im not too sure myself but a few questions to raise would be
how sagged are they?
how much higher do you want it?
just put them in, see how it looks and have some other leaves on standby, that might not even be needed.

are you going to use them front or rear??
if your going to use em in the rear just use blocks for required height
less springs = more flex

if you use them in the rear u will have alot of axle wrap and lose power at the wheels or you will have to run a ladder bar

Also what are peoples thoughts with sticking them up front and what would your pack count reccomendations be??? for an 85 4runner v6 commo engine, winch and bar????
I wouldn`t mind doing the same to the front ..... thats all.

What are you doing for mounts?? Are you using the standard spring mounts with an extended shackle?? What size??
What about the axle being moved back ?? The front half of the IFS sping is 30mm longer then a standard 4runner ones. Are you going to re-drill the spring perch, becaue you may have guard fouling problems!! This is find on a trak back but may be a problem for a 4runner.
I have been considering doing this just need to sitdown and have a closed look.
Post some pics when it is done. I really want to see it

Ive got a 4 pack up front with standard 82 rears and there flat and the flex is perfect if I open the clips the front drive shaft falls out.

Front guards have been cut out and the rears are in the process. I have 2inch dropped front spring mounts on the front and intend on mounting the rear of the spring under the frame.
Rear springs are in today....... have to get rid of the climax shakles though!!

What sort of shackle are you going to run, just an extended shackle?? Or are you moving the rear shackle mount back??

Sorry no pics yet, but wil be getting a digi cam soon, so i`ll post em when i do!
Yeah i am just going to run extended shackles, i can`t move the rear mount back due to the frame being shortened when i finish the bobbing!
