ok david.. jojo, this is for you... finally got an email back from daryl today... turns out the total cost for shipping runs up to $318. for a 2 day delievery.... so that means after taxes.. the grand total comes close to aussie $500... translate that into us dollars and that is around $385.... gotta have it though. gave daryl the go ahead and requested his acount number so we could do a funds transfer (reconmended by his bank).... jojo... its a go! damn i cant wait.... david you need to get on daryls case right about now... cuz the sooner he checks his email the sooner he makes a sale! mention that to him and he jus MIGHT respond back TODAY.... god i hope so... my rig goes into the shop tonite... more details later! so jojo..... your freight should be slightly cheaper than mine (hopefully) but it seems u and i both will be paying more for feight over the total cost of the extractor itself.... oh well. WELL worth the money spent i say! as far as i know.. i'll be the only american to have a roza fitted with hurricane extractors... damn i'm excited. david let me know whats up alright? let me know if you were able to give daryl a call and tell him hes got a sale! and a personal thank you from me. thanks again.... jojo.... if you can afford the buy... i would totally do it man! i am! man i cant wait to fit my cherry bomb muffler on with the extractor (already got aftermarket cat)... i should try to do a recording of the exhaust and see if i can try to send it to people who are interested in hearing how it sounds. will keep you guys posted!

Just a question.... did you check to see if you have to pay sales tax on the item when they arrive?

As I am in the forwarding business, it is cheaper for me to pay the freight charge as "freight collect" here, because the guys know me and I will have a discount.

well fellas, daryl miscalucated on the first quote..... he emailed me this morning and alerted me on the correct quote..... hold on to your chairs ladies and gentlemen!....... the final price comes to $635.20 aussie... converted to us dollars.... that runs up to $482.75 us..... not like i have a choice.... gave him the goahead once again to proceed and process the order.... will keep you guys farther updated

Wanting them freighted over to the USA in two days will make the price very expensive PV......

I still reckon you'll have trouble with customs at your end delaying delivery; plus be most surprised if there isn't some sort of import duty/ tax.

I'm not going to call and hassle Daryl as he is doing you a big favour for very little profit. He has to organise all the delivery, packing etc so be patient- otherwise he'll not want to help out any other people overseas ie. JoJo.

My airfreight costs will be exactly AUD 297,25 (Adelaide to FMO Airport Germany) for airfreight and handling. There comes an additional handling fee at the FMO of EUR 55,- (~89,- AUD) plus Import tax + VAT

All around 800 -850 AUD or to make it round 500 EUR.

If I go to a local Mercedes or Audi or any other brand aftermarket tuner, I would pay the same or even more for a set of 4-cyl.HQ extractors.

OK I also have to work for my money, and 500 EUR is much. But the stuff is worth that.

After all I think, Daryl and David are doing a smooth job. Thanks

If it's going to cost that much for freight it could almost be worth the wait and getting them sent surface freight (by ship). I imagine there could be huge savings if you were willing to wait around 6 weeks.

It's worth a thought anyway!
