Outer Limits 4x4 Board

im just wondering if there are any complications in fitting a G52 gearbox from a 1986 bundera into a 1997 hilux.

the hilux has a g52 in it but is damages so needs to be replaced, and the g/box from the bundera is available.

is it as simple as changing the bellhousing and transfercase??
are there any complications with the gear stick?? transfer stick??

any help wouldbe appreciated..

Output shafts are different. They can be swapped over but its a complete tear down of the gearbox to do this.
