guys, since installing my 2" body lift, and larger tyres, i have found that the front of the tyres rub on the back of the bumber corner.
i am therefore wanting to put a new bar on, so reduce the gap between body and bumper, and also something that looks nice.
Any hints or contacts,. im in vic.

ARB?
Cut the bumper brackets off, don't recover off the bull bar.
A custom bar is not cost effective and will never be as well finished or effective as an ARB bar.

If you want to keep the original bar you can lift it 50mm for next to nothing. Buy a piece of 50x4mm flat bar.
Here's a pic of my old ones. Now fitted to CJDEANE10's car in W.A.

but Want33's isnt he saying his tyres scrubs on these bars, hence he needs to remove them completely, (eg:cut them back to body mounts)
you can make new mounts to fit into chassis ends and lift them 50mm or buy an ARB bar and get an engineering place to lift it for you.

guys it is hitting the chassis bar that the bumper bolts onto.
I just got impatient, and attached a bit of cable and reversed back with it ATTCHED TO A FENCE POLE.
end result, the bumper doesnt touch the tyres now, but the mount has pulled the bolts through. looks like it will have to do for now, until i save some $$$ for a new arb bar.. How much are they roughly?

Simple, good angles and pretty neat to boot.

and really offers bugger all protection unlike an ARB bar.
