Doesnt look that safe to me so i would like to make a cool solid bars to put on the front and back of my car.
Here is a drawing of my winch bar i was thinking of.
so if anyone has some pics or drsigns or good ideas they would like to share please let me know.

It is a factory bar. With a warn 9.5xp winch i think its a little to strong for it!!
What did you recover?
It was a pootrol the heavy bloddy things!! Standard pootrol on A grade track = Stuck!! Didnt even know the guy was a mate of a mate took 2 1/2 hours to get him out!! got home @ 2.30am!!!

It isn't a 100 series but you'll get the idea.
130X8mm steel for uprights which bolt to inside of chassis rails.
25X4mm angle and 38mm pipe for the rest. Weighs about 40kg without winch.

I'm guessing you fitted a winch to a non-winch bullbar?
There's no way a proper winchbar bends like that, you'd stall the winch first.
Does your 100 have airbags?

be carful if you have airbags as a bull bar if not mounted correctly will affect the way the airbag is set off
