Depending on who you talk to, The clutch line mount needed to be inverted on my petrol one. Not sure about the diesel.
Otherwise most of the stuff on the lux will stretch enough that you don't need to worry about it.

Also forgot the radiator top hose will need to be replaced as it is not long enough. I replaced mine with a flexy one from supercheap.

Loosen steering shaft off under the dash before it's lifted and read here
http://www.outerlimits4x4.com/phpBB2/vi ... p?t=126923 loosen radiator hoses and twist to the right angle once lifted the do up bend the clutch line on where it mounts to the body not hard to do take gearbox boot and plate off cut the centre bit out of the plate between the two sticks check with this back on it may need more triming just depends to solve this you can also bend gearsticks to get it right i know on diesels check your booster lines from the vacuum pump had 2 mate's there's came off one at airlocker ave cruiser park. may need to remove/cut lower bit of radiator sheild just check the fan has some clearance and allow for some movement. in general have a look and feel foses pipes wire's before and after and try ge tthem to match so there not under anymore stress

i just did one today, will post a few pics and tips when i upload them from the camera.
If you can undo 15 bolts and work a jack you can do a 2" at home in an hour or 2.

yeh costed me 130 bucks and an hour of my time. that was, 10 2inch blocks with crush bars, at 10 bucks each and 10 hi tensile 10 mm boltls at 30. well woth it i think. and u dont need to be a king with tools it is really easy to do as long as you do it properly.!!!

Had to lift the 4runner today to fit some Baja claws under the guards. (they wouldn't fit on my other car)
First off, rp7 or crc all the nuts for the mounting points (10)
Then go around with 2 sockets sitting one on top of the mounting bolts to hold it and undoing the bottom one along one side
Loosen the nuts along the other side but don't take them off.
Undo the top and bottom bolts on your steering shaft and loosen the 3 holding the mount to the firewall under the dash.
Jack up one side of the body (not the chassis, lol) using the method of your choice, i would recommend anything EXCEPT the way i used today for obvious reasons haha.
Starting at the front slip all the bolts out and retain all rubber bushes, slip in the new mounting spacers.
Repeat all along the body then leave nuts loose and repeat on the other side.
Once they are all done, tighten them like you would do with a wheel, diagonal opposites first to ensure it settles properly.
go back to your steering rack and ensure the shaft is deep enough top and bottom just loosen both bolts and slide the shaft until it's deep enough in the clamps, after playing around for 10 mins i have about 20mm top and bottom.(not like this, this is what it looks like before adjusting.
BEWARE OF REDBACKS, i had to flame thrower a whole family of them today with a lighter and some RP7 while i was working on the lift, they seemed to like living in my chassis and engine. ( you can see the burned carcas of one in this pic)
Tighten everything back up and ta-da - 55mm more lift on your body for 2 hours work.
I think it was the most rewarding 2 hours of the build so far.
The bullbar is only on as a test fit and still hasnt had a final coat, the new engine still hasn't gone in, when it does i'll be raising the bullbar up as high as possible with a new bracket.

that there is a pretty good example of how easy it is and how much money u can save by doing yourself. if fitted 33 bighorns on my 4 runner 2inch suspension and 2 body and only just srubb. mabey a 3inch body would clear them but anyway. i would definatly give it a go yourself it is much easier that you may think and will save u a fair bit of money.
