i emailed phanton grip and asked if there daihatsi diff lsd would fit and here is there response so far
"If they have the same diff then yes. But to be sure you can ship us the diff or take the following measurements:
1. Open space between axle gears
2. Open space between spider gears
3. Diameter of the diff pin "

They are rubbish - they DO NOT LOCK, at best they are a very substandard LSD and place great strain on the diff.
Have a look at the way they work and you will see what I mean. Some one in Europe did at least one for a Feroza as a prototype and nothing more seems to have been heard of it.
Do a search and I am sure you will find it - with pics of the parts.

Yep - I went through the same steps as you some time ago and did some research on them.

Well not zero options anymore. but certainly not cheap options.
If the Phantom doesn't work then its not the worlds end, but it does stress the 3rd member pretty badly. Its a catch 22, huge preload, might get good action but big stress on a diff thats not overly strong in the first place.
On the other hand low preload, low stress on diff but not much action.
Let us know how it works - might be a better front option.
