i have just ordered some 34x 10.5 15 LTB's $340 each
hopefully i will have them in a week.
will let every one know how they go and what i have to do to fit them
pics as soon as i get them!!!!
camo
P.S. does any one know what i will have to mod to fit them?
will i have to adjust my seat position to see over them?
will one inch suspenion lift and no body lift be enough, i really dont want to have to do any thing to my panals!!!
(soon to be part of the 34' club)

Finally!!!!
Good work mate... I've heard rumours that a suzuki down here could be running on some of those tyres soon too.
I think seat position is fine - but only if you are less than 5'9" or more than 6'4" - anyone in between will struggle with forward vision due to the big shoulder lugs on those tyres.
P.s. don't forget that with the 34's - you will need to get a new distributor cap.

No worries mate - just looking out for you.
I guess you could drive around with blocks of wood attached to your feet - big steve does that and it seems to work okay.
Cheers

All you creepy crawlers with 10000:1 final drive ratio's .. you all make me sick

... What you really need is a 4.16 tcase thats yellow and has a bent short side arm ...
AS a very kind offer .. I will swap anyone of you just such a T/case for a 6:1 .. just to get the dastardly devices off the streets and dispose of it in a safe location where it can do no more harm ... Like in my Zuk .. as it rarely moves, the gears and alloy of the T/case housing will decay into nothing before it goes anywhere again

.. either that of give it to grimbo .. as His Zuk seems to get about as much action as mine does lately ..

Perhaps it's an un-read condition of patrol ownership - once you get one your little zook gets left alone... Like getting a new pet - the old one gets ignored.

Far from ignored .. underfunded perhaps .... but not ignored .. soon I will be patroless again ... so The Zuk will get more attention

.. and new diffs with working brakes .. and working wheel bearings .... Besides .. who ever called my Zuk little

And volvos

N*A*M wrote:also rockblock or thorax

The Klune is way lower than either of them isnt it .. The rock blak etc are only 1.9:1 (vit low range) whereas the klune is 4:1 ...
So lets see .. 3.65x4x6x5.13 = ABOUT 450:1 .. I guess thats kinda slow .. Time fo them 44 boggers and 7.x ratio Mog portals ... or perhaps some 18:1 fork lift diffs ....

i have fast ratio volvos at 5.99:1
only slightly slower than your 5.125:1 ratios

Why not rockblock & thorax?
Thorax is on the gear box & rockblock is on the transfer case, and I bet you could get a Klune V in there somewere aswell if you realy wanted to (why you would realy want to I don't know

).

Yep - should be sweet as i reckon.
And on a side note - can i just say that it is great to see someone else that doesn't bother cleaning there car before trying to work on it - after all - that's why we have goggles right
