Outer Limits 4x4 Board

i had a 2lt but swaped it with a 3l and used the 3l clutch put it all in but now the clutch wont disengage, i have bled the system and the slave cyl moves about an inch and there is no slack in the fork. I discribed what was happining to a mechanic and he thought the clutch might have been stuck to the flywheel as the engine might have been sitting for a while.
i started it in 1st put the clutch in and brake on to try to make it slip but both front wheels just skidded.

if anyone has any ideas i would be greatfull otherwise tomorow i drop the box
