I thought some of the oold cibies or hella's has a parker arrangement - is that a hole/plug/socket on the RHS of the reflector?
(is this what you're getting at sierrajim?

)

Nope, the main globe location in the centre.
Never mind me, for some reason i thought the H1 was the H3.
H1 it appears to be, thanks for the help guys.

The cibie hi/lo lights (standard H4), also have a parker light insert.
That thingo is a H4 to H1 converter thingo. Or at least it looks like one.
Does it pull out? Cant really tell from that pic. The one's that I have kinda look like it. You can plug the main plug on to a standard H4 bulb pin arrangement, but adding that converter thingo you can plug a H1 directly into/onto ya H4 plug.
clear as mud?

Have some H1 30+ 55W globes on the way to me from Bursons, we'll see how they go.
The Pastic "bulb holder" is adheared to the reflector, therefore not removable.

Hey James,
Make sure the Earth from the lens to the bodyof the light is also attached.

It looks like the earth is through the plug. There are no connections from the globe holder to the lens.
Cheers for the advice.

Globes arrived, H1's they are. The lights are also crapola.
So Rally 4000's it is.

Christmas gives you a good excuse to buy almost anything.
