Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Befor anyone tells me to have a read, i have.
But im looking for some wheels spacers. like 50mm or bigger for my zuki.
Just finished my spoa and it's looking skinny , so dus anyone use them and how big do u have.

from my understanding spaces are illeagle, but you can always get your rims off set, i have my stock zook rims cut and fliped and ganed about 2 inhes on each side.. just a thought, plus its a lot cheaper and legal

yeh im not planing on useing them on the street to much, only really for in the bush. think some different off set rims will be the go. they hang out the side about 1'' now. with 32's

seriously though, I think modifying rims is just as illegal. Although less noticable no doubt.

Flipped rims can be engineered i think, where as spacers are just Illegal.

Bolt on spacers aren't AS bad as apposed to slip on spacers, still illegal i'm pretty sure. There are plenty on ebay for sale.

Im see the illegal side, will only be on for the trip to the bush. if they defect, i will remove them ( in Tas ) so i dont drive far to the bush. just want to know who if anyone uses them. found some 50mm ones!! can only help it..... long as the stress isn't to much on studs

dont think youll have to much stress on studs.
People have spoken about wheel bearings floggin out due to stress etc...
Also I'd be checking tightness of nuts frequently. Have been known to come loose. Not fun on the highway.

Getting your rims offset modified is definetly a better way to do it. (and probably cheaper, too!)

i think i payed $70 a rim to get done, and as said above they are less noticable,its just one less thing for the boys in blue to look for

YEH thats very true, i will have to go the rims ide say. it's got 8'' wide sunny's on it now, rub on the leaf and body. body befor spoa. should be better now. making new shock mounts tonight and shes away.

i run 50mm spacers on mine with 33"s and you just need to make sure your wheel bearings are in good nick and expect to change them frequently if you do alot of k's.
i have found with the extra track you fall into the other vehicle ruts that a standard suzuki would keep one wheel out. this can cause probs if you dont have big enough tyres to give clearance under the diffs. mine went better with 31's on without the spacers

on the plus side though when you do roll it the extra
track prevents any panel damage as the car just sits on the tyres
then just hop out flip it over and keep going

ha ha will over xmass it's tipped once in a hole, just lent on the wheels and slid along. BUT after coming out of a V6 paj with twin locks and 35 silverstones, never try and drag big cars =( mate got stuck and i tryed to pull him out. ripped the new spoa mount out. and twisted round. ripping the diff housing.. welds didn't brake tho. so i need a new diff!!!!! how much are they round about?

can get them in -30 offset and theyre cheap brand new ($50-60ea).

I had my white ones powdercoated silver (same silver as stock rims) for some bling.

With 31" tyres and these rims, a bit of the tread and the sidewall sticks WAY out of the flare, about 2".
